Check out ABO Diplomate Dr. Belinda Starkey in an article she wrote for Medium concerning Optometry’s Fight to Expand Patient Access to Essential Care. Dr. Starkey and her article were also covered in AOA’s First Look publication.
A big thank you to our state ambassadors Dr. Paul Mitchell in Delaware, Dr. Mindy Leach in Montana and Dr. Jeremy Goldman in Maryland for working to get the CAP assessments accepted as CE in their states! State ambassadors have played a key role in ensuring Diplomates get credit for their time and effort to prepare for and successfully pass each CAP assessment!
ABO is excited to be back out meeting Diplomates and Candidates in person again, having just attended SECO in Atlanta! Our next stop is Optometry’s Meeting on June 24th in Denver, Colorado. We’ll be in booth 708 so stop by to learn about the exam, pay your MOC fee, inquire about the CAP program or just say hi. Hope to see you there!
