Looking for another opportunity to earn live CE credit? SECO is right around the corner and will offer a multitude of fabulous CE opportunities. Held in Atlanta, Georgia from March 1 – 5, SECO provides an opportunity to attend numerous live CE courses, including CEE and state-specific courses. In addition to CE, attendees have access to over 200 vendors and industry related organizations through Optometry’s Marketplace. You can stop by and chat with ABO on the exhibit floor at booth 1718. For more information or to register, visit www.seco2017.com.
CAQH has removed NBEO as an approved board certification organization for optometric physicians. CAQH members were notified in January that they would need to update their profiles to choose another certifying body. All Diplomates should update their CAQH information to indicate the American Board of Optometry as their board certification organization.
MOC Reminder! Don’t get behind on maintaining your MOC requirements. Remember to do your annual module and enter all CE into your Learning Builder portal. And if this is the year you are doing a PPM, remember it could take 30-90 days complete. Allow yourself plenty of time! If you do get behind on requirements, give us a call at 314-983-4226 and we can help you catch up.
