The CAQ assessment window opens August 1st! Are you ready to earn a Certificate of Added Qualification in either Glaucoma or Cornea & Contact Lens? For Diplomates already approved to test, the window opens August 1 and closes December 31. Two attempts may be made during each window but must be at least 30 days apart. For Diplomates interested in a CAQ, there is still plenty of time to start an application and be approved to take the assessment during this test window. JOB Alert! Join a very busy and dynamic independently owned practice located in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin. This ideal work schedule includes NO holidays and NO weekends. The daily patient encounters will be diverse, ranging from comprehensive vision exams, contact lens fittings, disease management, surgery co-management, foreign bodies, emergencies, to pediatrics. The office is equipped with all modern technology and equipment to support your work. You will see 16-20 patients per day, and will be supported by a knowledgeable technician who will pretest for you. Patients generally booked on the half an hour for comprehensive vision exams. Full time is 38 hours per week.
Optometry degree (OD) and current license to practice Optometry in Wisconsin required. New grads welcome!
