Final results are now available for the 2025 Anterior Segment I CAP Assessment. ABO Diplomates who took the assessment may be curious about their performance in comparison to their colleagues. Others may be interested in survey responses showing the impact of the readings and preparation for the assessment on Diplomates’ patient care.
Please note that we’re unable to provide direct answers to specific questions as some Diplomates will be retaking the assessment in their 4th year.

Fundamental knowledge (Questions 13-25): Average percentage correct: 94.2%
Easiest question (100% correct): Question 17: Fundamental knowledge question about treatment of corneal edema due to Fuchs dystrophy
Most difficult question (84% correct): Question 9: Question asking about the hallmark of LSCD disease.
