The Board meets at least once annually on dates set by the Executive Director and Chair of the Board. Additional meetings may be arranged throughout the year.
- The Executive Director and Chair agree on a date and location for the annual meeting. Per ABO bylaws, notice of an annual meeting shall be given to each Director not less than five days before the date of the annual meeting.
- While attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and lodging, expenses are reimbursed by the ABO. A food allowance is also provided.
